Description is not prediction
Historical statistics answer questions about a defined sample of previous draws. To claim predictive value, a method needs evidence that survives out-of-sample testing and cannot be explained by chance, leakage or cherry-picking.
A better question
Instead of asking which number is “due,” ask what the statistic measures, over what window, and whether the next draw is designed to be independent of that history.
